6 I saw this video and that gave me the idea of the water build up

4 You need to drain the water from the unit MOST likely. There is a screw on the back and a rubber plug you remove. It will go out of protect mode immediately if that is your problem. Other problems I don't I know. I had this problem and figured it out.

-1 At first we learned about the drainage issue and thought we resolved it by making sure it cleared. For a while, that seemed to work. But now it won't run ... power is out ... won't turn on.
