my air conditioner is just blowing hot air. It is a floor model 10,000 btus. does Freon needed to make it cooler.

5 It should have a self cleaning button on it but if it don't run your oven on broil for at least 20 minutes then you'll have to go in and wipe out the ashes it creates, this is just another way of self cleaning it turns everything into ashes wipe with water after cooled down and done. Just make sure you open windows and turn the oven fan on because it will get smoky in the house.
