0 The machine worked for a couple of days and now on , when switching on, the infuser is moving up, then the message "Heating up please wait appears", remains with no further action for around 7 minutesand then dispays the message " Genaral Alarm" I have all clean immaculate, check inside the grinder if nothing was blocking it etc ...Please HELP
