I purchased a Delta soup maker from Aldi in Octobe...

I purchased a Delta soup maker from Aldi in October 2014 I have only used it a few times but it is going through all the processes but the soup is not hot it doesn't appear to be heating up I have the receipt and I registered it for 3 year warranty where should I go to return it and who to !
