Remote won't stay in tv mode it blinks twice then ...

Remote won't stay in tv mode it blinks twice then goes back to Sat. Tried holding it down pressing down then pound but nothing. Seems like it wants to stay when format is pressed but won't. U have 4.4 ir/uhf pro
