I am having problems getting the unit to start when the AC is turned to the "On" position. You can hear the "hum" but no air.The fan runs. It is on my Dad's trailer and he doesn't have the book on the unit.I think that he had someone pull both of the capacitors so I can't tell the spec's on either. My Dad is 80 years old and I can't find the anything. Please help!!!!!!!
