3 Don, I have the same problem. It is caused by the freezer defrost drain heater - burned out. I replaced mine and found it was badly burned up on the end that goes into the freezer drain pipe. Run the diagnostics test on page 21 of Service manual. ERR 13 shows open "---" indication in test # 9. If this is what you see, then welcome to my nightmare. After It cost me about $120.
