0 What about a firmware update that doesn't just spin on the second DOPO screen?

0 Oh the only way to reset is from off, press the down volume then the power buttons. When the splash screen flashes release down volume count to 3 and release the power key (the instructions say to tap the up volume until the recovery screen comes up but I don't) seloect from the recovery menu to "wipe and reset to factory defaults, verify on next screen and reboot Be patient this takes a bit but it will come back. you are welcome
