The Model B-28 triple brush shampooer-polisher was part of the #20 series manufactured by Electrolux (Canada) Ltd. from 1979-82.  The company is now called Aerus Canada, Inc. and is jointly headquartered with Aerus LLC in Dallas, Texas with store locations throughout the USA and Canada.  To obtain a copy of the manual kindly visit with an Aerus associate.  You will find contact information at the Aerus website:  aerusvacuums.com.  Regards.
