0 Hi kldennis1216, thanks for your post! From my understanding you would like help using the fast freeze on your Electrolux freezer. Once the fast freeze option has been selected it activates to assist with a faster rate to freeze food. To use the feature properly activate fast freeze prior to grocery shopping so that when you return you can ensure your newly purchased food will be preserved quicker. You should avoid adding too much warm food to the freezer because this will slow the internal temperature. Additionally, leave a space between packages so that the cold air can circulate freely allowing food to freeze quicker. I hope this information has been helpful to some degree. –OOS
