I am getting an error code on my ice dispenser. The error code next to fridge is "C". The error code next to freezer is "Er". The ice dispenser distributes water, but not ice. and none of the touchpad keys on the ice dispenser work. Any idea what is going on?

0 I appreciate your inquiry, markchotiner! From what you have described your Electrolux refrigerator is displaying an error code of “C” and “Er”. It sounds like you could have a miscommunication within your refrigerator. I would suggest performing a reset and you can do that by unplugging your refrigerator for at least ten minutes. Upon start up if you continue to have issues I would suggest contacting a professional because then it could be a problem with your control board or user interface.
