0 Thank you for your inquiry, cesixta! I understand that the lights on your Electrolux refrigerator are on and your refrigerator is not cooling. It sounds like your refrigerator is receiving power but the control is not distributing it evenly. I would recommend performing a reset and you can do that by unplugging the power cord for roughly ten minutes. I would suggest looking over the panel to assure that the control is working properly. Make sure it is not locked or off. I hope this information has been helpful to some degree. –OOS
