0 Good Afternoon pauljuliecollins, thanks for your post! Based off the information you have provided your Electrolux washer is not draining water. It could be a potential issue with your drain hose, check to make sure that it is not too long or restricted. If your drain hose is restricted or pushed too far down your drain pipe it will cause improper siphoning inside of your washer. If it is not a problem with your drain hose it could be a faulty drain pump or motor. I would recommend consulting with a professional technician to come out to properly diagnosis your washer to avoid any unnecessary part purchases. Hope this information is helpful. –OOS
