How to remove a VHS tape from a Emerson Model VCT120 when there is no power to the VCR player?

5 This is fairly easy. Things you need to are screw driver. It seems like you have a dvd/vhs combo. you need to unscrew all screws holding the case together and slowly pull the case out. once you remove the case, you should see a plastic covering on top of the vhs. You may be able to simply slide the casing to remove the through the exit port. If that doesn't work then you may need an additional screw driver to remove the casing in which case they are most likely to be a lot smaller. Once that is done carefully remove the film and you may manually rewind it back into the vhs case.
