I ave power light , no picture and can't turn off....

I ave power light , no picture and can't turn off. Is it possibly a backlight lamp?

0 I have the same problem with the same TV.  After searching online I found out that it's a problem with the capacitors on the power supply board.  Of the 11 1000uf 16v capacitors, 4 of mine had bulging tops and were leaking slightly.  I ordered a pack of 20 new ones from Amazon for $3.00 and they just arrived today so hopefully i'll be able to replace the bad ones on the TV soon.
