I can't get the needle to insert all of the way up. The little metal 'ball' stops the needle from going far enough up so I can use the Needle threader. The Needle threader comes down to the top of the hole in the needle. I have not had this problem before what do I do. If I thread it by hand the thread breaks because the needle is not inserted correctly. Any help is greatly appreciated Harriet O'Barr hobarr@juno.com
