We have a euro dishwasher which is not completing ...

We have a euro dishwasher which is not completing the wash/pump out water cycle. When it reaches a certain point in the cycle it beeps for some time and then the wash cycle light blinks but when we open the door the bottom of the machine is still filled with water.
