My hazards and door warning will not shut-off. The...

My hazards and door warning will not shut-off. The vehicle was hit and run while alarm was on and killed battery, i have replaced the car battery and no matter what i do the vehicle hazards and door warning will not go off neither does the LED alarm light ever go off. Cannot get the alarm to reset. Horn wires cut to keep from going off.
