Question About Farberware Fryer 344A
Instructions...

I was given this skillet almost 11 years ago as a wedding gift. Belk only had the display model left, and the instructions were missing. I would like to have the instructions, particularly the purpose of the round stainless steel plate that you can sit inside of the skillet. We think it has something to do with roasting.
