Question About FARGO electronic Printer FARGO DTC720
Please help find the manual for this FARGO Electronics Printer...

I have just installed a new ribbon but the printer does not recognize this and keeps telling me there is no ribbon installed. I've restarted the printer, I've re-installed the ribbon and other such actions but this does not resolve.
