I have (had) a FEIN Turbo II. My son tripped over it while I was cleaning up a wet mess. Water flowed thru it, it shorted & caught fire. Now I only have the lower 1/2 (orange "canister" with 4 casters, and accessories. Can I order the complete upper 1/2?? Cost?? Availability?? Thank You, Albert J. Amiot Jr. 808-676-3816
