Laminator jammed, pouch all in and the reverse is ...

Laminator jammed, pouch all in and the reverse is just spinning. How do I get the pouch out? Do I let it cool down then try again. Please provide instructions on how to proceed. Thank you

0 No the manual doesn't help answer the questions. Do I tune off the machine and let it cool down and then try again. The pouch is all the way and the manual doesn't provide a solution to this problem.
