Water started shooting out of the bottom of the do...

Water started shooting out of the bottom of the door. Even when turning dishwasher off, water still continued to run inside and onto my floor. Water kept pouring in through the hole on the left side of washer. Can you possibly tell me what caused this?

0 Hello emack, I appreciate your post! From the information you have provided there is water shooting out the bottom of your door even when the dishwasher is off. It sounds like you could have a bad gasket or leak shield. May I have your model number? With that information I can look further into what could be causing this issue. You can locate your serial tag on the right hand wall of your dishwasher. I look forward to assisting you further. –OOS
