0 Hello lmundy, thank you for allowing me to assist you! If you are getting error code F31, it usually means that your range has a shorted probe connection. Try resetting your appliance by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. It is important to wait roughly ten minutes and then turn your range on. This often clears most false error codes. If it proves to be ineffective, a professional will need to check the resistance and/or harness between the EOC and probe connector. This is not a typical do it yourself job; please consult a professional or your manufacturer.
