Question About FUNAI DVD Player None

We are using Verbatim DVD+RW for our work. We overwrite footage inserting new, using chapter marks to jump from a pause. It looks like it may be good. Any suggestions as we edit raw church service video for public access tv use? Great dvd recorder, so far! Thanks, Larry
