We recently bought a used GE double oven. I do not know how old it is, however it has electronic controls for the upper oven and a normal control for the lower oven. Both ovens have a broiler feature and the broilers seem to come on slightly when we turn the "bake" feature on. Is this normal on a newer double oven like this?
