I have a GE gas furnace model 21LG20JH2. I'm trying to troubleshoot as to why the fan keeps running. I've checked the panel to make sure it's sealed, switch is on "AUTO" not "ON" on the thermostat, filter has been changed, change batteries

0 Check the fan limit control at the furnace. There is  button to set the fan in manual on or auto mode. If that doesn't  work pull the cover off and check the temp setting, 110, 140, 200. The fan switch is bi-metal and could be be just stuck open. Or maybe your if it's new enough has a fan limit switch that has tripped and may need replacing . If it's an old natural draft type the the first part of the answer should help.
