We purchased a new handheld remote control for our 60-960-96 system. We bought the remote from our former service provider but they said since we do not have service with them anymore we will have to get on the internet to download the manual for our system to learn how to program it. I have the system manual but cannot find anything in it, and I cannot find anything on the internet. Can you tell me where I can find instructions on how to program the remote to work with our system.
