The ManualsOnline team has found the manual for this product! We hope it helps solve your problem. Get the Manual Here
5 The error code "F4" indicates a failure of the temperature sensor. It may be the wiring which you can remove the back of the unit to check but more than likely it is the actual sensor which will need to be replaced. You can order a new one from General Electric by calling 800-432-2737 just give them the information you provided and they can send you a new one. That phone number will also connect you to an agent that can help you set up an appointment with a certified technician. If you want to reset the code you need to either unplug it or shut off the breaker the unit is connected to. Keep it off for about a minute then turn the unit back on. THIS WILL NOT FIX THE SENSOR THOUGH! So be careful using it, more than likely however the error code will just come back. Hope this is helpful!
