I have a ge monogram dish washer model zbd6800, it appears to not be filling, or not filling enough to complete a cycle. The interior looks a little wet, but not with enough water that you would expect for a cycle. When engaged I can hear water and motor running. The line to dishwasher also appears fine. What is broken?
