Question About Generac Power Systems 0453330

I am trying to set up an emergency power supply form an old Generac 5000/6000 kw rv generator. It runs fine,but it only puts out 105 folts. How do I adjust the voltag? Also, I would like to change the wiring to 220 volts. Any idea where AI can get a manual for thei gen set?
