Question About Golden Technologies GB 104
Drive Power problem...

LED flashes 5 X pause 5X pause indicating a brake problem. Battery LED is solid green. When plugged in, guage reads battery full. But plugged out with key in, no response except 5X blinking. Scooter hardly used since new in 2006.
