Hello I bought my fireplace approximately a year ago and I finally got a tv to use with the surround system unfortunately when I hooked the tv up to the fireplace and tried the remote it does not work - The dial in the back of the fireplace does and controls the sound but this is backed up against the wall so we are unable to control the volume at this point and time - What is going on with my remote - as well can i program my universal rogers cable remote to control the sound
