Question About Greenway Home Products Indoor Fireplace MFB25NS-1
troubleshooting fireplace will not turn on...

changed batteries in remote, still will not turn on does all the right beeping noises...I looked at the back cannot see where one would for instance change the bulb..need manual or information to fix it...
