5 We're having the same problem too. We've had ours for about 1 1/2 years, so of course, we're past warranty. They say one of the thermostats is out causing Freon to shoot through the tubes and freeze it up. A thermostat is $30 plus $10 shipping.

1 I'm having a problem with my water dispenser (greenway gwd860w-3), the cold water will not flow due to icing inside the tank, I have the temp at mid and it still freeze up in an a few hours, i had the unit for more then 6mo now and the problem started last month. Is there somthing that can be done to avoid this situation.

0 I'm having the exact same problem. I cleaned the entire system with a vinegar bath as suggested and the following day the tank was iced up again. Any thoughts?
