Question About Haan Carpet Cleaner SV-60
Haan SV 60...

My Haan SV 60 did NOT come with the carpet tray and agitator brush, plus it only came with ONE Microfiber Pad. I NEED HELP TRYING TO FIND THE CARPET TRAY AND REPLACEMENT PADS - PLEASE HELP!!! I have already contacted Haan and Haan Direct - they can't help???!!!! I'm not wanting it for free, I'm willing to pay - Please help!!!

0 Haan has a customer care center in Lancaster, Pennsylavania that is truly caring and helpful. You can call them at 717/209-7000. They have a web site, too.
