Question About Hampton Direct 23310
same...

can't get remote to work ..only does it off and on. Battery is 12.4 so is working well. This belongs to a friend and we are trying to help her as there is illness in the family and they need a bell. Please offer ideas.

0 CAIM TO BE WEATHER PROOF BUT REMOTE RINGER WILL NOT TURN OFF unless The battery is removed. Thank you. Ed Elkanich 207-883-0162
