Question About Harbor Freight Tools Nail Gun 94446
Staples not fully setting...

I'm nailing down 1/2" verticle grain bamboo flooring onto a substrate consisting of 50 yr old linoleum,3/4 plywood, & 1x6 subfloor.I've set air pressure at 100PSI,but the staples still won't set.
