I have a eliminator gas generator elm 3,000 i need...

I have a eliminator gas generator elm 3,000 i need a manual.The needle valve on the float in the carb. has a rubber tip and broke off I need to know what carb or motor this is? there are no markings on the motor other than a # on the block (T68-104082852).It was bought about 6yrs ago.
