I unpacked my new portable generator "Storm Cat" 63cc, started it up waited 5 min. pluged in my battery charger and found there was no out put of electricity. I called HF tech, we tried a few procedures which didn't work then he suggested by passing the reset button which I did and there is still no output. A new machine out of the box, I am clueless. Can someone give me a workable solution?
