this system sucks...when i call the tech support l...

this system sucks...when i call the tech support line, it always says that thier phone system is down.....sounds like they need a tech.

0 I agree!!! I just bought the system and the manual has virtually no technical installation instructions. For example, the 60ft. camera cords will not reach one of the locations I want to use but I can't find out how to get an extension or whether I can even use an extension. When I called tech support I was put on hold for 5 - 10 minutes and then told to leave a number and cut off. HARBOR FREIGHT SUCKS!!!

0 you can get 50 foot extension from ( ERI ),Electronic Resourcing,INC. I just did

0 This is the most useless system ever. You can't even download video to share with the police. This system is complete garbage.
