I have been attempting for weeks to locate an instruction manual from Harmon Kardon and some other Web site locations that give step by step instruction for locatiing the Harmon Kardon Web site where the new software upgrade is, how to download it, and how to setup the AVR-247 and connect the laptop computer to the RS-232 connector on the AVR-247 and which buttons to push on the AVR-247 to initiate the download. It has been very frustrating since no one from Harmon Kardon returns my phone calls or e-mails.
