Question About Hearth and Home Technologies Indoor Fireplace SILH60E-B
does not operate...

this electric fireplace does not operate. it is 3 yrs old. VERY little usage. nothing happens when turned on. it has operated 2 or 3 times in new condo. there is power to the unit (checked w/meter). we tried to reset per instructions -- no success. replace circuitboard? who much is a new circuit board? or should return to mfg to replace?
