Question About Hearth and Home Technologies Indoor Fireplace BE-36-C
I have a BE-36-C or C1P1....don't know which. Any...

I have a BE-36-C or C1P1....don't know which. Anyway, the pilot light stays on, but when we throw the switch on, the fireplace lights up as usual, but after a minute or so the flame goes out (pilot stays lit). Then it will come on again, then go out.....etc. Can you tell me what is wrong and how to fix it?
