Question About Hellenbrand Water System FM Series
9 years old Fm1200 does not consuming salt and not softning...

my 9 years old replacement FM1200 does not consuming salt for almost a year. of course, it does not softening, cleaned up all salt, the water level just under the grid plate, how can i solve the problem? thanks
