We have a Highpoint convection-microwave oven in our Winnebago motorhome. It has been used fir about a month and a half. Yesterday the convection portion stopped working. It will not heat up. The microwave still works, How can we get service? We are in a campground 1300 miles from home where it is very difficult for us to pull in and out.
