Question About Hobart Convection Oven HGC40
Looking for repair manual...

We are trying to repair this oven and need the repair manual. Hobart will not give it out. Anyone have one? Will buy!

0 Thanks for your tip on the blower motor. It worked but the micro switch on top did not. If you remove the top cover from the blower motor there is a small micro switch that upon the centrifical force of the fan spinning a plastic part comes down off the switch opening the circut and allowing the power to go to temp sensor in the top of the oven. Thanks to your help and a friends friend we saved the $400.00 service call for a stinking $5.00 micro switch.
