I AM AT PRESENT , in a bind. I am having a HOBART C44A MACHINE FILLING UP WITH WATER AND NOT STOPPING,AND SO IT GOES ON AND ON FILLING AND NOT STARTING..STARTS AFTER AN HOUR SOMETIMES.WHAT COULD I CHECK THE INLET ELECTRICAL IS CONSTANTLY ENERGISED.
