We have white plastic pieces in the wash arms. Any idea where this would be coming from? We had a horrible vibration in the machine yesterday, and this is what I found today when I looked at it.

5 Problem is in hot water tank. Older models have dip tubes and they breakdown as they age, then you begin to find little lite blue flakes in rinse arms. Solution is to replace tank or have plumber remove dip tubes
