Question About HoMedics Scale SC-315
Battery & Err!...

After getting a "Lo" message in the window, I bought & inserted a new battery. Now I only get an Err! message. I tried with the old battery & get same message. What can I do?

4 i had this same scale and problem. what i did was take out the battery, put it back in, then put the scale where you want it. i then put a small weight (approx 20lbs) on it. it weighed that. i then took the weight off, put the weight on again (to make sure it was calibrated). no problem. then i took the weight off and stood on it like normal. now it works fine. you might have to play a bit with the placement of the small weight, but hopefully this works for you!
